We are engineers, we always produce what is wanted

We are a small team, and while we serve big purposes, we make the big sites that have been around for years do what they have been doing, and we believe that is a good thing. We cant buy a TV ad (obvious terms), but we can sponsor a tech blogger to start his side business with people with industry experience.

Doing more with less is that we think differently. This means we need to find original and better ways of doing things, not just repeat the way its always been done.

Being kind to each other is a vital value of the company we all want to work for. There is no room for "smart tyrants". If you are smart, you should also be kind. Good-faith feedback should always be respectful.
